Shelia has been at TVR since 2001. She has served as the finance director since 2008 as well as being the official camp mom. Shelia loves spending time with her boys and daughters-in-law Brooks & Ashlyn, Alex & Brianna, and Logan & Katie. Most recently she has enjoyed spending time with her grandsons Miller and Theo. Shelia loves Peanut M&Ms and being "camp mama" to both campers and staff. 

Mike, also known as "Peety", has been on staff since 2005. Originally from Fort Myers, FL, he met his wife Ashley (who served on full time staff for many years) while serving at camp during the summer of 2006. They have two sons Chael and Levi, and three daughters, Eden, Jordan, and Brooke . Mike likes to ski, ride horses and dominate anyone who is willing to play him at any board game.

Logan joined the staff in December 2014, and as you can see from his description above, wears many hats at TVR! Growing up as a camp kid, Logan knows the impact that staff have on people's lives. Logan married Katie in 2018 and welcomed their little boy Theo in 2022. Logan enjoys playing music, sports, and friendly video game competition with his wife.

Bri joined our staff in September 2015. Bri is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and came to us through participating in our Missions to the Mountains opportunity with her church. Bri enjoys playing piano, riding horses, and exploring local trails. Brianna now serves alongside her husband Andrew after getting married in January.

Andrew grew up in Fort Myers, Florida and served many summers before coming on full-time staff in the spring of 2023. Andrew enjoys playing music and spending time with friends. Andrew and his wife Brianna now serve together on staff after getting married in January. 

Brooks rejoined staff in April of 2021. Brooks spent most of his life at camp before moving away for seminary in 2012. He is married to Ashlyn and has a little boy named Miller.  Brooks loves theological discussions, Cubs baseball, and Pirate football.

Ethan began serving at TVR in early May 2022. He grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia and is currently studying civil engineering at Liberty University. Ethan enjoys climbing, disc golf, and 3D Printing. Ethan recently proposed to his girlfriend Bethany and they look forward to serving together at TVR. 

Bethany grew up coming to TVR with her family and began serving on Summer Staff in 2018. Bethany joined the full-time staff at the end up February. Bethany enjoys riding horses, playing with her dog Waffles, and hiking. Bethany recently got engaged to Ethan. 

Silas began serving at TVR during Summer 2022. He grew up in Smithfield, NC and joined the full-time staff in 2023. Silas enjoys playing games, exercising, and relaxing.
