Michael, also known as "Peety", has been on staff since 2005. Originally from Fort Myers, FL, he met his wife Ashley while serving at camp during the summer of 2006. They have three sons Chael, Levi, and Daniel and three daughters, Eden, Jordan, and Brooke. Michael likes to ski, ride horses, and dominate anyone who is willing to play him at any board game. Peety also chooses to spend his time accessorizing his dog, Hazel who is a 4 time national dog-show runner-up. 

Logan joined the staff in December 2014, and as you can see from his description above, wears many hats at TVR! Growing up as a camp kid, Logan knows the impact that staff have on people's lives. Logan and Katie have been married since 2018 and have two children named Theo and Diana.  Logan enjoys nerding out about music, volleyball, and friendly video game competitions with his wife. Although he doesn't advertise it, Logan frequently participates in Spruce Pine's underground wrestling scene, where he is affectionately known by the locals as "Logan the Legend."

Bethany grew up coming to TVR with her family and began serving on Summer Staff in 2018. Bethany joined full-time staff in 2024 where she serves alongside of her husband, Ethan. Together they have one girl, Evelyn. Bethany enjoys riding horses and playing with her dog Waffles. 

Ethan began serving at TVR in early May 2022. He grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia and is currently studying civil engineering at Liberty University. Ethan enjoys climbing, disc golf, and 3D Printing. Ethan is married to Bethany and they have one child, Evelyn.

Andrew grew up in Fort Myers, Florida and served many summers before coming on full-time staff in the spring of 2023. Andrew enjoys playing music and spending time with friends. Andrew married Bri in January of 2024

Maggie grew up coming to TVR with her family and began serving on Summer Staff in 2016. Maggie joined the full-time staff at the beginning of 2024. When Maggie is not on tour as a professional underwater magician, she enjoys baking sourdough, snuggling with the TVR cat Gandalf, and making really really strong coffee. Maggie and Silas were married in October 2025 and are continuing to serve on staff together. 

Silas began serving at TVR during Summer 2022. He grew up in Smithfield, NC and joined the full-time staff in 2023. In his free time, Silas enjoys going to the gym, going on drives, and crocheting cute little outfits for his taxidermy beaver. Silas and Maggie got married in October 2025 and are continuing to serve on staff together. 

Yunosuke began serving at TVR on summer staff in summer of 2022. Yunosuke joined our staff in September 2024! He is originally from Sneads Ferry, NC. He enjoys hiking, being outdoors, talking to anyone and everyone, learning about history, and reading. 

Julia joined our staff in May 2025. She is from Newport, NC and was a part of our summer staff starting in 2022. She graduated from Liberty in 2024 and studied camp ministry. Julia enjoys spending time outside in the beautiful mountains and making banana bread. Julia is the second favorite child of her family, second to the previous camp horse Dakota. 

Carson joined full-time staff in January of 2026. He is originally from Moneta, VA where he previously served on staff at his Church. In his free time you can find him rooting for the Tennessee Volunteers, adventuring in his Toyota 4Runner, or spending time by the water. He is currently studying Religion & Communications at Liberty University and will be graduating this winter. 

Brody began serving at TVR during summer 2024. He grew up in Chattanooga, TN, and joined full-time staff in August of 2025. He is currently attending Moody Bible Institute online working towards a bachelor's degree in Theological Studies. Brody enjoys filming and editing videos, woodworking, rooting for Alabama Crimson Tide, and watching his favorite show, The Andy Griffith Show.

Charlotte joined our staff in September 2025. She came to summer camp as a camper and became a part of our summer staff starting in 2023. Charlotte hails from Greenville, NC. When she is not working, Charlotte loves baking yummy treats, gardening, and contributing to her compost bin. Charlotte can be located by the unique reverberations of her shocking laughter.
