TVR Christian Camp exists to see lives "Changed, by His Power and for His Glory."  If you are looking for a place to serve and for God to use your life to make an impact, we invite you to prayerfully consider serving this summer. 


You will have opportunities to:

  • Invest in the lives of over 1,300 campers through serving in various roles.

  • Participate in active ministry and better learn how God has equipped you to further His kingdom.

  • Develop individual spiritual gifts.

  • Grow in your relationship with Christ and in community with others.

  • Build life-long friendships.

If you have prayerfully considered serving this summer and feel that God is leading you to TVR, then download an application, complete it with your answers, and have your three references either returned through a paper copy or electronically. 


We highly recommend submitting applications as soon as possible. Once we have a full roster of qualified applicants, we will close the staff application process. 



Summer Staff

Our summer staff consists each year of around 50-70 staff ages 15 and up. It is truly one of the most challenging and yet most rewarding things you will ever do. Our desire is that you would be able to serve with us for the entire summer. We have a one-word job description - "whatever." We ask that those feeling led by the Lord to serve truly come with a servant's heart and willingness to do what is asked. Because ministry is always changing upon circumstances, flexibility and a great attitude are essential to serving. You could be cleaning a room one minute, and the next leading a small group or slicing tomatoes.  We ask that you come willing, humble, and expectant to see God move in your life. 15 year-olds have slightly different parameters, with only a month-long commitment required initially (staff training week, plus three weeks of camp). On occasion, 15 year-old staff's service may be extended on an individual basis by the leadership of TVR.

The first step in the process is to pray about what God would have you do this upcoming summer. 

The second step is to APPLY. You can either complete the online application here, or you can download a paper application. Please prayerfully consider your responses and send back the completed application to (if filling out a paper copy):

The third step is to make sure that you get your references back in. You are responsible for contacting them, and they can either fill out the paper version included in your application or they can click here to fill out a confidential online reference form.
