All three of our programs (Pioneers, Rangers, & Mountaineers) run simultaneously each week (except for week 1). 


COST: 2025

  • A week of summer camp costs $450 per person

  • A $100 deposit or full payment is due upon registration (This deposit is non-transferable/refundable)

  • $150 of full payment (per child) becomes non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of camper's week

  • Cancellations made within a week of your child's week of camp cannot be guaranteed a refund (extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration).

  • Contact our office for information about a sibling discount for 3+ children ($399/child).

  • Final payments are due thirty days prior to your child's week of camp.

  • Please Note: According to our policy, and given the length of our waiting lists, we cannot guarantee spaces will be held without proper registration according to the deadlines mentioned above. 


This price is all-inclusive. All activities, facilities, programming, food, music, and a summer camp t-shirt are included in the price.



Financial Assistance: While TVR does not have a 'Scholarship Fund' per se, we never want finances to be the reason a child is not able to come to camp. If you are interested in applying for financial assistance, please reach out to our office ([email protected]) and we would be happy to walk you through the process.
