What time is check-in/check out?

Check-in begins on Monday morning from 10:00am - 2:00pm. 

Check-out begins on Saturday morning at 8:00am and ends at 10:00am. 

*These check-in and check-out times are firm. If arrangements have to be made otherwise, TVR must approve of such situations beforehand.

How should I contact my campers? 

Email: Please be sure to place camper name in subject line and send your email to the appropriate email address (listed below). Mail call is every Wednesday and Friday.

How do I send my camper mail? 

You are welcome to send letters and packages to your camper. Please plan ahead when doing so or the package may arrive after your camper has already departed for the week! Address mail and packages as follows:

My child has a dietary restriction (i.e. gluten/dairy free, peanut allergy, etc) who do I need to tell?

The first step would be to make sure to include this information on your child's registration form with any pertinent instructions. Next, feel free to contact our kitchen manager ([email protected]) to discuss alternative options available for your child during Summer Camp.
